You need a candle warmer.
Try boiling a pot of water on the stove and put the candle in the pot, leave it on simmer and keep adding water as it evaporates.
I did this with a wax/gel (it was sort of mixed) candle when the wick burned all the way down, but there was still half a candle worth of gel/wax ont he sides of the container. It worked for me.

You need a holder made for wick less candles. It heats up, causing the wax to melt, releasing the fragrance into the air.

you need a candle warmer thing, its electric and connects to almost any outlet.
